ART 316 - Painting: Basic Pictorial Expression

Fall and Spring (3) Lee. Prerequisite(s): ART 211 . (ALV)

Introduction to painting with emphasis on how visual elements, dynamics, and handling of the material create envisioned and ex pressive themes. Work from memory, objects, landscape, and the figure stressing and evolving significant forms and symbols. May be repeated for credit. Additional fees apply.
