AMST 209 - Interracialism: Race, Literature and the Law

Using 19th and 20th century American fiction, laws, decisions and social, historical and legal scholarship, this course will explore the legal and cultural history of “miscegenation” in the United States.” (This course is anchored in the ALV domain, and also considers aspects of the CSI domain.)
