Chemistry, Non-thesis M.A.

A candidate for the degree of Master of Arts in Chemistry must acquire 32 credits, including 18 credit hours in courses numbered 600 and above, which must include CHEM 650  and CHEM 651  , and are otherewise selected under the guidance of a departmental advisor. All of the requirements for the Chemistry M.S. degree   must be satisfied except for the Thesis and associated credits for CHEM 695 - Directed Thesis Master’s Research  and CHEM 700 - Thesis , none of which can be applied to the M.A. degree.
