KINE 350 - Science of Nutrition

Fall, Spring and Summer (3) Kambis (NQR, GER2B)

An introductory course beginning with the anatomy and physiology of the gastrointestinal system. Individual nutrients are discussed and there is an in depth treatment of life cycle nutrition issues.
