THEA 360 - Musical Theatre Performance

Immersion in a Workshop Production of a new or still developing full length musical. Besides the performance of your role in this, the whole class will be involved in dramaturgy from the period of the musical, and contribute to various technical elements of the workshop production.  These may include assistance with sound, properties, lighting, or wardrobe.  This process, which is designed to be as similar as possible to a professional theatre’s Workshop level of production, will involve contributions to staging, choreography, and character development through both dialogue and action.
May be repeated for credit, as repertoire is different each semester
