BIOL 453 - Protein Structure and Function Credits: (3) Prerequisite(s): BIOL 310 , BIOL 314 , or CHEM 314 The functionality of a protein is an integral part of its structure. This course provides a comprehensive analysis of how to use sequence data to understand a protein’s physical properties, and to predict its function and interaction. Three class hours.
