LAW 745 - Domestic Violence Clinic The Domestic Violence Clinic offers students who have their third-year practice certificate the opportunity to provide legal representation to victims and survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and sexual assault under the supervision of practicing attorneys. The Domestic Violence Clinic represents clients primarily in criminal proceedings. Students will likely handle everything from bond hearings, Domestic Violence trials, sentencing, and revocations. Students will also interact with victims/survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Successful completion of LAW 115 Professional Responsibility OR LAW 117 The Legal Profession AND LAW 308 Applied Evidence in a Technological Age OR LAW 309 Evidence are course prerequisites. Pass-fail course.
