LAW 488 - Youth Law

This course covers pre-natal harm, parentage decision making at birth, child abuse and neglect, foster care and adoption, legal representation of children, public and private schooling, status offenses, delinquency, and constitutional rights of youths. There is no exam. Students will write a research paper on a topic of their choice. This course is offered every other year.
