HIST 317 - History of Modern South Africa

This course provides a detailed examination of segregation and apartheid in twentieth century South Africa and charts the development and ultimate success of the anti-apartheid movement that led to the ‘miracle’ of a democratic South Africa. (formerly HIST 230)
