Chemistry, Non-thesis M.A. (MA in Chemistry)

A candidate for the degree of Master of Arts in Chemistry must acquire 32 credits, including 20 credit hours in courses numbered 500 and above, which must include CHEM 650 Graduate Studies in Chemistry and CHEM 651 Graduate Studies in Chemistry II, and are otherwise selected under the guidance of a departmental advisor. All of the requirements for the Chemistry M.S. degree must be satisfied except for the Thesis and associated credits for CHEM 695 Dir Thesis Master's Research and CHEM 700 Thesis, none of which can be applied to the M.A. degree.
