This is an online certificate program.
The Post-Masters certficate in English as a Second Language (ESL) Education provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and unique needs of children who do not speak English as their first language, as well as the interventions, strategies, and supports to promote academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Note: Although the SCHEV Program Inventory lists a post-master’s certificate in English as a Second Language, W&M does not currently enroll students in this program.
