ANTH 426 - Foodways and the Archaeological Record Spring (3) Bowen
In a seminar format, students will draw upon archaeological, historical, and anthropological studies, to explore topics such as human-animal relationships surrounding the procurement and production of food, as well as the distribution, preparation, and consumption of food.
