ECON 307 -  Principles and Methods of Statistics

Fall and Spring (3) Staff Prerequisite(s): ECON 101 , ECON 102   (ACTV, MATH, GER 1)

A study of the principles and uses of descriptive statistics, probability distributions, sampling distributions, statistical inference, hypothesis testing and regression analysis. Cannot enroll in Econ 307 after taking or while taking Econ 308. Note: See section heading “Statistics” under “Requirements for the Baccalaureate Degree.”
