ELEM 200 - Orientation to Teaching in the Elementary School

This course provides an overview of teaching as a professional career for prospective elementary school teachers and provides an early field experience intended to introduce students to classroom observation. Requires 20 hours of structured/guided observation and teaching tasks in an elementary school under the supervision of an experienced teacher.
