You may count one of the following toward your 18 credits:

• SOCL 100 -  Big Ideas in Sociology (4)
• SOCL 150 -  First Year Seminar (4)
• or any 200 level course in Sociology

• The remaining five courses must be at the 300 level or above. These courses must include one of the following core courses:

• SOCL 351 -  Sociological Theory (3)
• SOCL 352 -  Research Design (3)
• SOCL 353 -  Quantitative Research Methods (3)
• SOCL 354 -  Qualitative Sociology (3)
